Shipping Policy
Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery estimates
Domestic: 3 to 7 business days. International: 7 to 21 business days depending on destination.
Tracking
All orders are shipped via Bob Go. You can track your parcel in three ways:
1. Bob Go Tracking Website (Most Direct)
- Method:
- Visit the dedicated Bob Go tracking page at track.bobgo.co.za.
- Steps:
- Enter the waybill number provided by the sender into the field and click to view the live status of your parcel.
2. Automatic Email Notifications
- Method:
- When we create your shipment in Bob Go, automated tracking updates are sent to your inbox.
- Steps:
- Once your parcel has been collected, you'll receive an email containing a direct tracking link — no waybill number required.
3. The Bob Go App
- Method:
- Track parcels directly from your mobile device.
- Steps:
- Download the Bob Go app (available for iOS and Android) to manage deliveries, track shipments, and locate lockers in real time.
Delays
Carriers may experience delays beyond our control. We are not liable for delayed shipments once handed to the carrier.
International
Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
